This connection method is only available on later versions of Nokia's Bluetooth range. For example, you need at least firmware version 5.50 on the Nokia 6310i.
Your third party driver stack should allow you to configure virtual serial ports to give basic connectivity for applications to the variauls Bluetooth profiles in the phone.
Firstly, pair the phone with the driver stack and create a virtual port for the Serial profile according to the instructions provided with your driver stack.
To connect in LogoManager, set the connection type to Serial Cable, and set the Cable Type to Bluetooth Serial Port. The COM port should be set to the virtual port you created for the serial profile on the phone.
